With the ingredients ready, I only used half of the asparagus.
Cut the potatoes into pieces, roll the carrots into pieces, and cut the asparagus to a suitable length.
Pour edible oil into the pan, add all the ingredients to stir fry, add water after the stir fry (the water covers the ingredients about 1 cm), cover and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Add curry pieces to the cooked ingredients (I added 2 pieces of spicy + 1 piece of spicy), stir constantly until melted, and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Add a small amount of milk before cooking to make the curry taste more intense.
