Leftovers
Minced meat
soy sauce
Oyster sauce
salt
Five Spice Powder
flour

Mince leftovers with a knife

Add minced meat, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and five-spice powder to the leftovers and mix well.

After mixing, add flour and a little more water, not too much, mix well, just hand-pinch.

Add oil to the pan and make it 60% hot. Use one hand to squeeze out a round ball, and use the other hand to scrape it out with a spoon. Be careful to use a small or medium fire, otherwise it will turn black.
