Material

High Pink (Golden Statue) 280g
Water (warm water) 160g, if the water volume of the bread machine is reduced to 120g
Fine sugar 40g
butter More than 30g to 50g is fine, softer
Egg liquid 20g
salt 2.5ml
milk powder 10ml
yeast 10ml

Knead the dough with a bread machine, pour in the warm first, then pour out all the ingredients of the butter, the yeast is the last one.

Use a bread machine to knead the dough, pour the butter, and continue kneading.

Knead well and ferment for 30-35 minutes.

After fermentation, divide into twelve parts and wake up for another 15 minutes.

After waking up, take one flattened with your hands, wrap the floss and seal.

Filling: Meat floss needs to be shredded, add salad dressing and mix well, divided into twelve equal parts.

Place in the oven and continue to ferment for 40-45 minutes.

Finally, brush the egg liquid, sprinkle the leaves of the pizza, and bake for 15 minutes. Released.
