Material

Pork ribs A catty
rice wine
soy sauce
Rice vinegar
Sugar

Cut the ribs into hot water pot, boil the blood water and remove it for use.

Pour a spoonful of rice wine, two spoonfuls of soy sauce, three spoonfuls of rice vinegar, four spoonfuls of sugar, and five spoonfuls of water into a small bowl and mix well as a sauce.

Pour ribs and sauce into a casserole, boil over high heat, then turn to low heat to collect juice. Remember to stir during the process to prevent scorching.
