Material

Black chicken One
Millet pepper Two (more spicy can be put)
Lime Two (more sour ones can be put)
Ginger The right amount
Garlic head The right amount
parsley The right amount
Chicken essence The right amount
salt The right amount
spices random

Wash the black and white chicken inside and outside, cut in half

Prepare star anise, ginger cubes, peppercorns, bay leaves, cinnamon (you can also leave it on)

Put water in the pot, boil the spices in the pot, add the black chicken and simmer for 15-20 minutes to simmer (burn it until the chicken does not bleed)

Chop ginger and mince garlic, mince and spicy mince

Wash coriander, cut into small pieces or chopped

Rinse the chilled black chicken into strips by hand, add ginger minced garlic, spicy millet
