Japanese style salmon steak

This is what I saw from the Japanese cookbook. In the past, I never bought vegetables in China, so I do n’t know if this skinned salmon steak is sold in China. You may have to find it. The following materials are for 4 people written in the book, and the cover photo is for 1 person after I finished it. One tablespoon in the amount is about 15ml. A teaspoon is about 5ml. Standard A is for sauces, Standard B is for spinach with side dishes, and Standard C is for mashed potatoes with side dishes. B and C can also be done. By the way, the amount of boiled eggs written in the book is half. But what can the remaining half do? Add it all ~ I use rum for liquor. I only made it once, so I do n’t know if it would make any difference with other wines. (Although it is basically copied from the book, I am still a novice in the kitchen, I welcome your comments)

Material

Salmon steak 4 pieces
Liquor Small amount
Unsalted butter Two tablespoons
Salad oil Two tablespoons
Cooking wine The right amount
Salad dressing A 100ml
Boiled Egg A One chopped
Minced onion A Two tablespoons
Lemon Juice A Two tablespoons
Cucumber A Tablespoon
Spinach B A bunch
Butter B Tablespoon
Potato C Two
Milk or light cream C The right amount
Black Pepper C The right amount
Salt C The right amount

For the salmon steak, soak the cooking wine and water for a while to get rid of it (if you buy salted salmon, you should first soak it in water to wash off a little salt)

The ingredients of A (salad sauce, minced egg, minced onion, lemon juice, minced cucumber) are all mixed together to make a sauce

Spinach is boiled in boiling water and cut into 4cm long segments. Saute with a tablespoon of butter. If you use unsalted butter, do n’t forget to add a little salt. After frying, put it out and place it on the side of the plate.

The potatoes are peeled and cooked, put in a food bag and pressed with a rolling pin to form a mud. (Because I make less, I just put it in a bowl and press it with a spoon.)

Add the right amount of milk or whipped cream to the mashed potatoes and adjust to your preferred humidity. Then add the right amount of salt and pepper to taste. (I do n’t have this step in the cookbook I read. I just eat dried mashed potatoes. I have to write the right amount here. Everyone makes it while imagining the taste of KFC mashed potatoes ~) After the mashed potatoes are finished, they are also put on the plate Just on the edge

Add two tablespoons of unsalted butter and salad oil to the pan and put in the salmon steak and fry. It is better to fry the skin first. Shake the pan while frying to prevent the pan from sticking. Fry until the skin becomes brown and turn over.

After the fish has been cooked on both sides, add white wine, cover and cook for a while. Finally, platter the fish and pour the sauce prepared in step 2.
