Material

Vermicelli 100g
Lean meat 50g
garlic
Spicy Oil
soy sauce
sesame oil
ginger
Cooking wine
salt
Douban
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
Pepper noodles
oil
shallot

Mince lean meat, add cooking wine and salt for a while

Put oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic, pepper, and watercress to saute, add the marinated lean meat, add the appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce, stir-fry, put in a bowl
