Wash the spare ribs and submerge them with garlic paste, black pepper, soy sauce, onion foam and ginger foam for 15 minutes
Put a little oil into the pot, put the flooded pork ribs in a hot pot and boil until cooked and pick up. You can add some old wine (a kind of wine in Yongan, you can use yellow wine as a substitute).
Stir in ginger foam and onion foam in a small amount of oil again, put the pork ribs in the pot again, add some soy sauce and season with salt. Add honey when you start cooking.
