Preparation materials: rice noodles washed, leek cut into sections, chopped pickles, tomatoes chopped
Boiling water in a small pot (generally use broth, but I prefer boiling water)
Put in order, soy sauce, pepper, fresh minced pork (the soup should be opened when the meat is put, and the meat should be cut quickly with chopsticks)
After the soup is opened again, add leeks, rice noodles, tomatoes, pickles, (oil chili, optional)
Cook for a minute or two and start cooking. (Add MSG or Chicken Essence, etc., choose to put) according to the old Kunming eating method, with fritters.
