Material

pork
green pepper
cowpea
Mustard
Scallion, Ginger and Garlic
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
Bean paste
soy sauce

Green pepper is chopped, cowpea is cut into small pieces one centimeter long, and pork is cut into shredded pork.

Add shredded pork and bean paste to taste for a while. Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic slices. Red oil mustard (a pack of two or three dollars bought in the supermarket will do) and chopped.

Heat oil, add scallion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, add peppercorns. Add the shredded pork and stir fry after the fragrance comes out.

After the shredded meat changes color, stir fry for a while, add green pepper and cowpea and stir fry. When the green peppers are ripe, add chopped mustard.
