Material

Scallion, Ginger and Garlic
shrimp
Black pepper
White pepper
salt
liqueur

I forgot to take the picture. The shrimps were first marinated with wine, a little salt, and white pepper for ten minutes. Put a little oil in the pan and saute scallion, ginger and garlic, (there must be more garlic) put a little salt and black pepper. Sprinkle garlic on the back of each shrimp and bake at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes
