Grilled mussels with garlic and arugula


Freshly ground sea salt a little
Breadcrumbs 50g
Mussels (green mussels) 10
arugula A handful
garlic 1 petal
olive oil 4 tablespoons
Freshly ground black pepper a little
lemon Half
White wine a little

Thaw the mussels and clean the shells for use

Crush garlic and arugula in a blender, then add breadcrumbs and beat well

Add olive oil, sea salt and black pepper to the mixture and mix well.

Pour the right amount of white wine (less than half of the mussels) into the pan, put the mussels on the fire and turn on the heat for 1 minute, then turn off the fire.

Put the garlic and arugula mixture into each mussel evenly, preheat at 250 degrees in the oven

The upper layer of the oven is 2-3 minutes, add lemon pieces to serve
