The Yunnan dialect called chili noodles with green mango. The first time I saw this combination of fruit + chili salt, I was really surprised that I, the Central Plains, came from the country. I took a bite, but I couldn't forget it again—sour, spicy, sweet, and salty. All the flavors were just right, and there was a rich mango aroma.
