Material

Potato flour 250g
Extra fine flour 100g
butter 250g
Powdered sugar 80g

Mix butter and powdered sugar.

Add potato flour and extra-fine flour to make dough.

Make a circle and use a fork to press out the pattern.

Sent into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
