The recipes learned in Shen Xing ’s beautiful private dishes, the fully marinated fat elbows are steamed and then roasted.
|Thyme||The right amount|

Wash your elbows and put them in a large bowl. Transfer a little brandy and develop for a few minutes.
Celery is chopped with leaves and stems, onion is diced, and garlic is patted with a kitchen knife.
Add 2 to 1.
In 3 add a handful of thyme (I used dry spices), bay leaves and dark beer.
Marinate 4 wraps of plastic wrap such as the refrigerator freezer for 24 hours, and remember to open the reverse side at 12 hours, so that the elbows can taste evenly and fully.
The marinated elbows were taken out, placed on a clean plate, and steamed for two hours.
Take out the steamed elbows, wrap them with foil paper (no need to seal them completely, and expose them), put them in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
