Fried Vegetables with Garlic

No matter how colorful it is on the table in summer, there must be no less appetizing green vegetables. It seems that it can scrape off the belly. At least it feels a little bit healthier and it ’s really a dish that I ’m very happy with soon 🙂

Material

garlic Four petals
Green leafy greens A catty
salt The right amount
oil The right amount
chopped green onion Optional /appropriate

Crush the garlic cloves and cut a few knives at will.

Choose the green vegetables, wash them, soak them in the water and reserve them.

Heat the pan, downstream, and add garlic.

At the same time, remove the vegetables, drain them and put them in the pot.

After moderately stir-frying, see that the green vegetables have all changed color.
