The rice topped with tomato slices is a fast food that I often eat in high school. When I was in college, I went to the Nanda Canteen to order a little stir-fry. People said that they had never heard of this dish. I love the sour tomato flavor on the top of the sliced meat.
Wash tomatoes, cut into pieces, mince garlic and set aside
Meat slices, put starch, add a little water, mix well, so that each piece of meat is covered with wet starch
Put oil in the pan, heat it up, add garlic and saute, then add sliced meat and fry until 8 mature
Pour in tomatoes, stir fry for another 3-5 minutes
