Fried Ham Sausage with Pickled Cucumber

A long time ago, there was a well-known cannery in my hometown, which produced many western-style canned goods for export, including Russian pickled cucumbers, which were very sour. When I was young, I had never eaten a salad with pickled cucumbers or a burger with pickled cucumbers. I just used iced sugar in the summer and added sugar. I used it to fry ham sausages in the winter. Simple, quick hands, good food.

Material

Pickled cucumber Half bottle
Ham sausage One
garlic 3 petals
salt a little
Sugar a little
oil a little

Prepare the ingredients, pickle cucumber and ham sausage cut into chopsticks thickness, garlic slices.

Add oil to the wok, stir the garlic slices, add pickled cucumber and ham sausage, stir fry.

With a little salt, the ham sausage and pickled cucumber itself have a salty taste. If the taste is light, no salt can be added. Add a little white sugar to enhance the flavor.
