Material

snake melon
pork
carrot
Edamame
Salt, sugar, chicken essence
Soy sauce
Cooking wine, starch
Salad oil

Peel and wash vegetables, cut into diced; carrots also cut into diced

Diced pork (I used plum strips), mix well with salt, sugar, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine, starch and set aside

Put a proper amount of water in the wok, add a few drops of oil and a little salt and bring to a boil

Add salad oil to the wok, add pork cubes and stir fry for 1-2 minutes when hot

Add a proper amount of oil to the wok, stir fry vegetables, cooked carrots and edamame rice together, then add salt and sugar and continue to stir for about 3 or 5 minutes. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence, stir fry a few times and then come out of pan
