Now is the sweetest season for figs. Make fresh figs into desserts and enjoy the sweet smell of jam every day.
|1/4 cup fresh lemon juice|
|1/2 teaspoon ginger powder|
|1 stick of cinnamon sticks, fine sugar 1/2|
|Fine sugar 1/2|
Wash the figs, cut off the top and cut into four petals.
Mix all the ingredients in the cauldron.
Bring to a low heat and boil until the sugar melts, about half an hour.
Then cook over high heat and stir constantly to make it thick. Cook for about an hour.
Take out the cinnamon sticks and save them in cans.
