Material

Durian 200g
Light cream 200g
White sugar 40g
yolk 2 pcs
Vanilla extract 1 drop

Egg yolk plus white sugar is sent through hot water at about 80-85 degrees until the volume becomes twice as large, and the color is light.

The durian is stirred into a puree with a blender and added to the beaten egg yolk. , Add vanilla extract.

The cream hits 60% to 70%.

Mix the egg yolk and cream and mix in the refrigerator overnight.
