Dragon Fruit Taro Ball

Dragon Fruit
Tapioca flour
pumpkin
Sugar
condensed milk

Pumpkins (both purple and sweet potatoes) are steamed and crushed. Add cassava flour and desserts and knead to smooth dough.

Rub the dough into long strips and then pull them into even small pieces. After boiling in the pot, the taro balls will be made ~ (There are many methods for taro balls, so I wo n’t talk about them in detail ~)

Dragon fruit cut open, take out half of the flesh

Put the dried taro balls into the pitted dragon fruit and pour condensed milk on it ~
