Material

Cream cheese 166g
butter 17g
Plain yogurt 50g
egg 83g
Low gluten flour 21g
Dried cranberries 50g
Mango powder or dried pineapple 10g
Sugar 25g

Mold pad paper, or a little powder with oil

The cream cheese was bitten in the microwave. Mix well with a spatula. Add sugar and mix until dissolved

Add the beaten egg liquid in portions ~ After mixing, add yogurt and butter

Sift in low-gluten powder, mix, add mango powder or pineapple

Finally add the dried cranberries and stir evenly

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, turn 160 degrees, and bake for about 15-20 minutes
