Material

Coconut milk powder 10g
Low-gluten flour 70g
Shredded coconut 40g
Sticky rice 10g
butter 90g
Whole egg liquid 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar 50g

After the butter softens, pour in powdered sugar and pass

Add egg liquid and continue to beat with an eggbeater until the eggs and butter are fully fused

Mix low-gluten flour, sticky rice flour and coconut milk powder, then pour in shredded coconut and mix well.

Pour the mixed flour into the beaten butter and stir with a rubber spatula to make a cookie paste.

Put the batter into a decorating bag, and use the decorating mouth to squeeze the graphics you like on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven, place the baking tray in the preheated oven, heat it at 185 degrees, lower the heat at 170 degrees, bake for about 10 minutes, until the surface of the cookies is golden brown.
