One main fish
Seasoning salt cooking wine pepper (a little)
Minced ginger with pickled pepper

Wash the fish and cut some horizontal knives on the fish

Marinate with salt and pepper cooking wine for 10 minutes

Put the minced scallion and ginger on the fish body

Cover the plate tightly with plastic wrap (can be used in the microwave)

Place in microwave for 7 minutes on high heat

Take out the fish, put the green onion, put the oil in the pot to heat it and pour it on the fish.
