Simple and time-saving.
|One main fish|
|Seasoning salt cooking wine pepper (a little)|
|Minced ginger with pickled pepper|
Wash the fish and cut some horizontal knives on the fish
Marinate with salt and pepper cooking wine for 10 minutes
