Chicken ground meat can be made into delicious chicken balls. The basic ingredients are eggs and bread flour. When roasting chicken, avoid making the meat too dry, and drizzle a lot of tomato sauce. Spices can choose Italian-style basil leaves, or more Chinese-style coriander.

Mix chicken ground meat with an egg, chopped basil leaves or a nine-layer tower, about 5 tablespoons of bread flour, and season with a little salt. Stir all the ingredients with a fork.
Rub the ground meat into medium-sized balls. Coat the baking sheet with tomato paste and then put the chicken meatballs.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the surface of the meatballs.
Cover the tomato meatballs with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle a little bread flour over the tomato sauce.
After the oven is preheated, adjust it to 180 degrees, and the baking time is about 30-40 minutes.
