Spinach, artichokes and mushrooms are paired with two mozzarella cheeses and cream cheeses, and baked in the oven for 15 minutes is a simple family recipe.

Mozzarella cheese | 1 cup |

Artichoke | 14oz |
sour cream | 1/2 cup |
Cream cheese | 200 g |

Cook spinach and put in a bowl
Slice the mushrooms
Cut artichoke
In a pan, add butter and cream cheese
After the cheese is fused, add mushrooms, artichokes and spinach
Stir fry, pour in mozzarella and sour cream
After cooking, remove it from the pan, pour it into a ceramic pot, and spread 3/4 of mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the surface is foamy.
