Braised Tofu with Loofah

Material

Loofah Half root
Tender tofu 250g
Oyster sauce The right amount
salt The right amount
garlic Two petals
oil

Finely mince the garlic, mince tender tofu, peel the loofah and cut into small pieces (easy to cook until soft)

Sauté the minced garlic in the pan with oil, stir-fry the loofah, add a small amount of water and oyster sauce and stir well, cover the lid and simmer

Open the lid and add tofu, stir-fry evenly, stew for another minute, add salt to season, then cook.
