Material
chicken | 1/2 (from bone cut into strips) |
Sauerkraut | Appropriate amount (cut strip) |
onion | Appropriate amount (cut strip) |
Shimizu | The right amount |
Cooking oil | The right amount |
Seasoning: black soy sauce (old soy sauce), salt, sugar, oyster sauce |
Cut chicken bones into strips, sauerkraut into thin strips, onion into thin strips
Stir-fry onion with cooking oil, add sauerkraut and stir-fry until fragrant
Add chicken strips and stir fry
When the chicken stir-fry appears white, add water and cover the ingredients
