The bird's nest is bubbly and watered overnight. Rice and water are used to cook porridge in an electric rice cooker. After half the time, open the lid and put the soaked bird's nest and rock sugar to continue cooking.

According to personal preference, wash all kinds of dried fruits and cut into small pieces. It is recommended not to have juicy fruits like watermelon and mango. Dried figs, dried apricots, pears, red fruits, begonias, and even preserved fruits are fine. Sweet and sour is better.

When the porridge is almost ready, add various minced fruits and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
