Baked Meiji Meat with Salt

Material

Salt baked powder
Pork belly
Meiji Fresh Soy Sauce
Sugar
Chicken essence
sesame oil

Wash the pork belly slices, marinate for half an hour with Meiji fresh soy sauce + a little chicken essence + sugar, white sesame saute

Boil the water in the pot, then boil the marinated meat in boiling water until the appearance of the meat changes color.

Rinse the pot, leave a little oil on it, and fry the pork belly over medium heat until the white meat shrinks

Remove excess oil from the pan, add a small amount of sesame oil and salt baked powder (1: 1) to continue frying

Serve the meat and sprinkle with white sesame to serve
