Material

tofu
Red pepper
Spring onion and garlic
Black pepper

Cut red pepper into pedicles and seeds, cut into small circles, chopped green onions and garlic, washed and cut into pieces

Pour oil in a hot pot. When 80% is hot, add tofu into the pot one by one, fry until golden, remove and drain
