Triple Chocolate Raspberry Bond Cake

【Bond Cake】
Unsalted butter 1/2 tbs, room temperature
All-purpose flour 2 cups
cocoa powder 1 cup
Baking powder 2 1/2 tsp
Refined salt 1 1/4 tsp
brown sugar 3/4 cup (add 1 cup to the original recipe)
Vegetable oil 1/4 cup
Large eggs 4, room temperature
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Buttermilk 3/4 cup (I use 3/4 cup milk mixed with 3/4 tbs white vinegar and let stand for 5 minutes)
raspberry 1 cup (I used frozen; if fresh, wrap with 1 tbs all-purpose flour and add)
Dark chocolate beans 1/2 cup
White chocolate beans 1/2 cup
【Icing sugar】
Powdered sugar 1 cup
milk 2-3 tbs

Spread the mold of the Bond cake with extra butter and set aside

Sifting all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt for use

Beat butter with brown sugar and vegetable oil, about 5 minutes, until fluffy

Beat the eggs, add the butter mixture side by side, beat well

Add vanilla extract, mix well

Take 1/3 of the powder pile and 1/2 of buttermilk, add the butter mixture and mix well at low speed

Add another 1/3 of the powder pile and the remaining buttermilk, mix well at low speed

Finally, add the remaining powder pile and black and white chocolate beans, stir with a silicone spoon

Preheat the oven at 350 ° F, 1/3 batter into the mold, sprinkle half of the raspberries, then fill in 1/3 of the batter, sprinkle the remaining raspberries, and finally smooth the remaining batter

Bake in the oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, adjust according to the situation of the individual oven, until the toothpick is inserted and pulled out without batter

Take it out and let it cool for 30 minutes, then move the cake to the grill and let it cool completely

Make [icing sugar]: mix icing sugar, butter, and milk, pour it on the cool cake to decorate, and serve
