corn flour
cold water
Soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger

1. Heat the pan over low heat, add corn flour, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger and pepper; stir occasionally until the sauce becomes thick and bubbly;

2. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees;

3. Put the chicken in a 23 * 33 cm large baking dish brushed with oil, spread the sauce on the chicken, turn the chicken over, and brush the other side;

4. After roasting for 30 minutes, the chicken will no longer be red, until the juice is clear, brush a layer of sauce every 10 minutes
