Actually I hate purple cabbage, but I heard that the nutrition is quite good, so I tried to change the taste and try it. The coriander taste is relatively heavy, and the purple cabbage taste is relatively flat.

Material

Purple Cabbage Half
parsley A handful

Cut the red cabbage into pieces and cut off the coriander.

Stir-fry the purple cabbage in a frying pan, then add cilantro and stir fry a few times, then you can take out the pan.
