Steamed egg

Steamed eggs, a very common dish. It is simple to see, but it takes a lot of effort to steam out the tender eggs. I used to watch my mother do it as a child, and I learned it myself. Healthy nutrition, super tender steamed eggs

Material

egg
salt
soy sauce
vinegar
Warm water
chopped green onion
sesame oil

Beat two eggs into a steaming bowl

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, add about 280 ml of warm water, add water while stirring clockwise

Use a spoon to scoop up the bubbles floating on the surface

Put appropriate amount of water in the steamer and boil. Put the eggs in the water after boiling. Steam for about 10 minutes

Open the lid and sprinkle with a little green onion and then cover the lid to bake it with the remaining temperature (personal preference, you can also put some coriander)

Take it out, pour a little soy sauce, vinegar, chicken essence, sesame oil on the surface with a spoon

Then use a spoon to draw a few knives horizontally, and then use the spoon along the side of the bowl to let the egg out of the bowl
