Steamed rice with 2: 1 ratio of rice to glutinous rice; cool steamed rice until warm, add proper amount of sesame oil, sushi vinegar, sesame, and salt, stir well; cool;
Spinach is heated with hot water until it is soft and set aside; eggs are laid into quiche, shredded and set aside; cucumber, ham, cut into strips and set aside;
Spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi curtain; spread the rice evenly on the sushi curtain, leaving a centimeter; spread a layer of salad dressing or chili sauce on the rice;
Put cucumber strips, ham strips, shredded egg, radish strips, spinach, and appropriate amount of meat floss in the direction close to yourself;
Slowly roll up the sushi curtain, and then squeeze the sushi bar evenly with both hands;
Cut evenly with a knife
