Pour a little soy sauce in a bowl, a spoonful of sugar, and mix evenly.
Cut the shallots into evenly divided pieces.
Heat the oil and fry the shallots to dryness over low heat.
Finally, add the adjusted soy sauce and boil for one minute.
The noodles are cooked and put in the soy sauce pot and stir well.
