I have seen this recipe elsewhere before, and I have done it many times. If there is no such thing in the kitchen, I will build one myself. The recipe for consuming leftover rice is simple and delicious.
|chopped green onion|
Prepare various ingredients.
Put the potato shreds in clean water and wash away the starch.
Pour flour into a proper amount of water to make batter.
Add one egg and green onion and mix well.
Pour the rice and the shredded potato into the batter (I added some shredded carrots, but it doesn't need to be added), mix in the salt and pepper, and mix well.
Pour oil in the pan (not too much), spread the rice, potato and egg batter slightly warm.
Fry over low heat until one side solidifies and turn over, carefully frying until golden on both sides.
The rice is fragrant and soft and the potato is crisp and tender. Let's eat it!
