Material

Pig streaky Around 350g
Ginger 7 ~ 10 tablets
Dried salted fish Varies from person to person

Wash pork cutlets and cut into pieces

Ginger slices

Dried salted fish cut into pieces

Add the above materials to the casserole. Add water to submerge the ingredients.

Just cook for 20 minutes. It can also be cooked longer. This way the pork belly will be soft, I prefer to cook it longer
