Material

Pickle
peanut
Zanthoxylum bungeanum
salt
sugar

Peanuts are cleaned after being soaked for an hour, add water, salt, pepper to boil, then simmer for about half an hour, and finally add the pepper to cook for a few minutes (the pepper can be cut into two pieces)

Peanuts are allowed to cool off the fire, and can be eaten overnight with sugar refrigerating. (If you are afraid of spicy, you can add more sugar)
