Pea Potato Curry

Holy Crap, dude! The Raj in Big Bang is super funny. Recently I think Indian accent is funny, Indian food is actually good. Just adjust the seasoning a little bit and it's OK.

Material

Vegetable broth A cup
onion Half
small potato 300g
Peas (boiled slightly in advance) 150g
Curry powder A teaspoon
Cumin powder A teaspoon
Turmeric powder One-third teaspoon
Small red peppers (shredded and shredded) One
Coriander (chopped minced)
Plain yogurt A cup

Cook onion and olive oil and fry for about 5 minutes until soft.

Add curry powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and chili powder, then add potatoes, stir well, add vegetable broth and water, cover the potatoes, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

After the potatoes have softened, add fresh parsley and pre-cooked peas, add yogurt, mix well, and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finally, try adding salt. Sprinkle some coriander and peas as a garnish.
