I don't like meat sauce noodles. The red sauce looks like I don't like it very much. Just love white sauce. This can be made at home, cheap and delicious. Sometimes the outside is expensive and not tasty.
|Nestle whipped cream||20ml|
|Rooster brand straight pasta||100g|
|milk||80ml ~ 100ml|
Put water in the pot, add more and add salt. I usually add three spoons of salt to 1000ml of water, just the kind of kitchen spoon. Then put in the pasta, and when it is cooked, it will soften itself and not get into the water. Then stir it down with chopsticks. The instructions on the noodles tell you to cook for eight minutes, but this is not enough. It is hard to cook in eight minutes. [I do n’t know the other brands, I mean the rooster brand] I usually cook on high heat for ten minutes. After being cooked, it is picked up and cooled with cold water. This is to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Otherwise it is very soft.
Pour 100ml of milk in the bowl, add 20ml of Nestle whipped cream, then add 5g of flour and appropriate amount of salt [usually put a small spoonful], add less salt, because when the noodle is cooked, there is already salt in the noodle, and the bacon itself Salty. This is mainly to make the mushrooms taste and make the noodles taste more moderate, because although the salt is added when cooking, the taste of the noodles is still relatively light. Mix thoroughly.
Bacon cut into sections. I usually cut four sections. Put a small amount of oil in the pan and the bacon itself will come out of oil. Just slide off the pot. After the oil has heated to 40%, add the bacon. After the bacon is half cooked, you can put the mushrooms. After frying, pour white sauce and continue to fry.
After the white sauce is hot, you can put it in the noodles. Fry for a few more times and let the noodles absorb some broth, then turn off the heat and serve.
