Lemon Fried Chicken Cutlet

Chicken legs
Flour
lemon
Cooking wine
soy sauce
salt
sugar

Chicken drumsticks are boned with scissors. Marinate with half a lemon juice, proper cooking wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce and other seasonings for about half an hour.

Heat a small amount of oil in the pan, pat the surface of the marinated chicken chops evenly with a layer of raw powder, fry the chicken skin on the medium-low fire for 5 minutes, and turn it over for 5 minutes.

You can squeeze a little fresh lemon juice or serve with tomato sauce.
