The hot summer comes to the Japanese potato salad, so that the hot summer has a good appetite.

Boiled eggs | 1 |
potato | 1 (large) |
carrot | Small half |
cucumber | 1/4 |
apple | 1/4 |
salt | 1 teaspoon |
Salad dressing | 3 teaspoons |
pepper | The right amount |
Cook potatoes and grind them into puree, add salt and pepper and mix well.
Carrots, apples, cucumbers chopped and marinated with appropriate amount of fine salt
Finally add the chopped hard-boiled eggs and all the marinated ingredients to the mashed potatoes.
After cooling, add the salad dressing and freeze it in the freezer. When you want to eat, put it in your favorite small dish.
