Yogurt is my favorite. I bought a large bag of fungus powder and bought a few cute little milk bottles. I started to do it myself!

1. First heat 1L of milk, probably at 40, 50 degrees, the hands are not hot enough.
2. Pour the fungus powder into the milk, stir evenly, cover the bowl with a layer of gauze, and then cover the lid. In order to absorb the steam during the fermentation of the yogurt, the yogurt will not have water. Then put the outermost lid on it, put it in the yogurt machine and ferment it. At night, it will become thick old yoghurt from the next day, and then put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Raisins, honey, sweet and sour are very good.
