First put the mineral water in the fresh-keeping layer of ice in the refrigerator one hour in advance!

Sliced beef, tomatoes, apples, cucumbers. After cutting the two, stop for a while. Put the cold noodles in the water and cook. When they are cut, the noodles are almost cooked. You can add cold water to the noodles once, and the noodles will be gluten.

Remove noodles after cooked, rinse and soak in cold water.

When the boiled noodles are soaked in cold water, boil the hard-boiled eggs with hot water.

Remove the noodles from the cold water, add a little sesame oil and mix. Stand still.

Mineral water is flying out of the refrigerator! Use it to adjust cold noodle soup after flying out, add vinegar, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate according to taste, and adjust with mineral water. Don't use tap water, only fly out mineral water!

Add the prepared soup to the noodles, the soup will probably spread over the noodles, add sesame oil, mix thoroughly, and add the previously cut side dishes. Eggs should also be almost cooked? Take it out, peel it, put everything in.
