Fried Pork Belly with Agrocybe aegerita

Dried Tea Mushroom 45g
Pork belly 300g
String beans 200g
Bean paste
Laoganma
Cooking wine
Salt, chicken essence
Soy sauce, sugar

The Agrocybe aegerita is soaked 5 hours in advance. Change the water several times and rub more. Do not pour the last water
