Fried Eel with Green Pepper

Material

Eel
Vegetable oil
green pepper
soy sauce
salt

Wash the eel and cut into sections, and shred the green pepper for later use.

Stir-fry the green peppers under cold oil in a hot pot for one minute.

Stir-fry the eel, pour a little soy sauce and season with salt.

Stir fry evenly out of the pan.
