Shrimp, what a common "grass root" ingredient, was originally a tiny creature that provided nutrients for fish and crabs. It was salvaged by fishermen and used as a gift from nature to embellish the dishes on the table more vividly. Fragrant.
Ingredients: Winter melon, dried shrimp and cloud ear.
Yun Er rose.
The dried shrimps are washed with water.
Peel the winter melon, wash it and cut into strips.
Hot oil pan.
Saute the dried shrimps.
Add winter melon.
Add Yun Er and stir fry until the winter melon is cooked, then turn off the heat and serve.
